<p>Nine new cycle hoops have been installed at Wallbridge, near to the canal.  Pete, Stroud Town Council Ranger, has been working hard to get them ready for use.  It&#39;s all part of encouraging more active travel into and around Stroud by improving facilities.  What else would you like to see? Additional cycle parking installed at Wallbridge

The Covid-19 pandemic and climate emergency have both focused attention on how we move around, and in particular prompted much greater interest in walking and cycling.

We are keen to explore how people feel about travelling to and from Stroud town and moving around when you get here. A better understanding of the issues and opportunities will help us to campaign for improvements to our roads to support safer, healthier and less environmentally damaging travel.
